 "Your hurt badly," Sango replied in a sad tone. "I'll be..fi..fine." Miroku could barely move. The last battle was crucail and unfulfilling. Why didn't he let her protect him? Sango's thoughts were racing, like nothing she could imagine. She was scared for Miroku. "Miroku," she hesitated to ask. "Miroku....Why didn't you let me get in front of you to protect you? I would have gladly takin the pain, as long as you would have been okay." "Are these words you speak true?" Miroku couldn't imagine Sango loving him that much, the words must have been misunderstood. "Yes Miroku. I never intend for you to get hurt. I...I.." "You what?" "Nothing," Sango shyly said. "Thank you Sango, you are always trying to protect me though, need I know why?" "Its just that.... Oh I can't....nothing." Sango was shy to tell Miroku her true feelings for him. "Sango, come closer." "Yes Miroku?" Sango's heart raced, she wanted to tell him, and hoped that he felt the same for her. "The reason that I didn't let you protect me is because, I don't want you to get hurt. It hurts me to see you in pain. Plus, I want you...I want you to know that I love you Sango." Was it true what he said? Sango couldn't believe it. He loved her, no questions asked. "Mir...Miro...Miroku, thank you!" A tear fell from Sango's eyes. "I love you too Miroku." Miroku and Sango's heart raced. They loved each other, only in there wildest dreams, would they imagine that it would come to this. "Sango, when I first saw you, I knew you were the one " A small, yet, peacful smile came to Miroku's face. "The one what?" Sango asked mysteriously. "Its like this, you know that eventually (if Naraku isn't defeated) the void in my hand will take me with-in its shivering, black depths. If Naraku- and even so- isn't defeated, I must have an heir born of family's name. I had to find someone who was pure, and young to bear my child. The moment I saw you, I knew you were the one to fulfill that destiny." Sango shocked, at the words coming her way, replied in a quiet, almost teared voice. "You.. you chose me? Oh Miroku!!! I would love to bear your child. It would be an honor." "Really?" Miroku said in a releived voice. "Really," she replied. ~*~*~*~ 9 months later ~*~*~*~ "Oh Sango, he is so beautiful, just like you." After that Sango, and Miroku lived happily ever after. Miroku, Sango, Shippo, Kagome, and Inuyasha, defeated Naruku, wich cancelled Miroku's air void. Inuyasha and Kagome had a baby. And then Shippo got a girlfriend! THE END! Hehe I like that ending too!
