no way mine, all thought if it were..HEHEH, Lets give credit to the wonderful creator, Takahashi Rumiko A sudden movement in the bushes made Kagome scream. "Whats wrong?" Inuyasha asked with no fear. "s..sss.something in the bushes!!!" Annouced Kagome. Inuyasha pranced over there only to find Shippo scrambling arround amisly. "SHIPPO!!!!!" Screamed Inuyasha. "You scared her to death!" "Who?" Announced the small fox demon. "KAGOME!" He ran over to her and jumped around her neck. "I'm sorry," he yelped. Kagome accepted the appoligy, and then let down the small Kitsune cub. Inuyasha was smiling, and at Kagome. She blushed, but not enouph for him to notice. She smiled back and then walked over to the trunk of the near by tree and sat down. Inuyasha came beside her, as if he wanted to talk to her about something, but he had nothing to say at all. *I really love her, but I don't know if she feels the same way about me!* He thought to himself, while continuing to smile at her. She was still blushing thinking about what could have made him Sooo extremly happy. *Maybe its Kikyo* She thought. Nah, he would probably be tired, and very quiet. She had to, she couldn't hold back, she leaned over, and Inuyasha gave a big smile and blushed as he realized she had........... RUBBED HIS EARS?!?! But of course I can't ruin the story so lets continue. She rubbed his soft, white ears, and stared at his beautiful, amber eyes. "Inuyasha, you have pretty eyes," She turned away blushing perfusily. He grabbed her face lightly and turned it twords him. Inspecting her eyes like an eye doctor, he calmly whispered, "As well as you too Kagome." She continued to blush and turned away so that he wouldn't notice, but he did. He pretended that he didn't though, so she wouldn't be embarresed. Then, she scooted over, and rested her head on his shoulder. Not wanting to move, she closed her eyes, and was just about to fall asleep when she heard a noise. She gasped, and quickly opened her tired eyes, "Its okay," a voice reassured her. "Inuyasha, thank you." "For what?" "Just for protecting me and being her for me through my hard times." "I have to." He growled lightly. She smiled though because she knew he meant well. She found herself drifting back off to sleep. It must of been the faint smell of Inuyasha. It smelled so good. She scooted down and rest her head on his lap.His Kimono pants were so soft, and warm from the heat his body had put off. She sighed in relief that she had found a resting spot, and began to drift off. Then she felt a fingers running through her hair, she knew it was Inuyasha. It made her calm, and made her more tired than before. She was so relaxed. She brung up her legs closer to her body as she shivered from the cold, night breeze. Inuyasha didn't want her to be cold. And was concerned she would get sick. So at that, he took off his kimono shirt, and put it over Kagomes cold body. She smiled and faintly said, "Thank you, your so sweet." And she fell asleep, in his warm lap. His bare chest was cold, but as long as Kagome was warm, he in a way was too. He began to run his fingers through her midnight black hair, and smiled slightly, knowing that she was his. "If only you knew how much I cared for you." Kagome had heared it in her sleep, and with uncouncisnous lifted up and kissed him right on his warm, soft lips, and layed back down sighing, "If only you knew how much I loved you"
